The challenge
A lender opening 35 branches across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh needed branch managers, credit officers and relationship staff hired in parallel without diluting quality.
Our approach
We set up a dedicated project RPO team with role-wise scorecards, a shared candidate pipeline and weekly hiring reviews with the client's HR head. Interview scheduling, offer management and joining follow-up were run by our coordinators.
The outcome
Over 220 positions were closed in five months, with offer-to-joining conversion above industry norms and a single dashboard for leadership.
